Just Blank Pages

The best thing about a travel journal with blank, or unlined, pages is the freedom it provides. The pages practically beg to have small items pasted in them or little drawings scrawled. Adding visual elements can turn a travel diary from something that you purely read -- into something that you interact with. In fact, it can make it easier to write one because there will be images that speak the surroundings sometimes better than they can be verbally described. Take along a small box of self-adhesive photo mounts for easy application of collected memorabilia. You will have never had more fun keeping a travel journal!
