Shipping – This website is designed so that you will pay ONLY THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES RELATED TO YOUR ORDER.

TO CHECK SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BUYING: Load your cart, click Checkout and on the next page just install your city, state and postal code and the rates will be provided. You will have multiple options from Fed Ex and the U.S. Postal Service. The cost is based on weight, distance and requested shipping speed. **If appropriate, and at NO additional cost or extended delivery time, we reserve the right to use a shipping carrier other than the one chosen.**

If you require shipment tracking, please choose FedEx. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail provides Delivery Confirmation, but not tracking.

Hello Traveler ships to addresses in the 50 United States and can accomodate some international orders. Our website shipping calculator is not currently calibrated for international shipments. Please email or call us for assistance with this.

Taxes – ONLY residents of the State of Georgia are taxed on their purchase. The rate is 7%.

Processing Orders – Usually, we ship the same day. Our stated goal is to have orders out the door within 48 hours of receipt. Occasionally, something may arise to prevent that. If you are in a hurry to receive your products, please indicate “Rush Order” in the Special Instructions section when checking out.

Returns – We go to great lengths to provide good product images and detailed descriptions. We attribute this extra effort as the reason for our extremely low returns rate. In the event you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, you may simply return it, via U.S. Postal Service to the P.O. Box address above, within 20 days from the original shipment date along with a copy of the invoice and a description of the reason for the return. A full refund (or replacement, if you wish) will be provided minus the outbound shipping costs. Please repack carefully to avoid damage in return. The item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged in order to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects – Every item is inspected that comes in from our manufacturers. Therefore, it is very rare that we, inadvertently, ship out something that was damaged or defective when coming from the manufacturer. If you find that to be the case when opening the packaging, please contact the office as soon as possible and we will, happily, assist you in this matter.

Website Info – We are diligent about providing the most accurate product descriptions and prices possible. However, occasionally, incorrect information might be provided by a manufacturer or a typographical error will be made. Your understanding will be appreciated should this occur. We will correct any discrepancy as soon as it is brought to our attention.
