Payment Methods –
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. ** We can accept PayPal payments. However, they made some changes a few months ago that have affected how their system integrates with our e-commerce software. For the time being, we have an easy work-around. Please create an order and select the: Will Phone method of payment. On that same page, install in the Special Instructions box: PayPal payment. Click on through to complete the order. Then simply open a new window, go the PayPal website and sign-in to your account, choose the Send Money tab and email the total due to: hellotraveler@yahoo.com. When we get their immediate notification of funds received, we'll ship your order. Thanks for understanding.

Security – All of your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which fully encrypts all of your personal data. None of your information will ever be provided to any third party. Please see the Privacy and Security section of our website for more details.

Shipping – This website is designed so that you will pay ONLY THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES RELATED TO YOUR ORDER.

TO CHECK SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BUYING: Load your cart, click on until the Name & Address page, then just install your city, state (or country, if international) and postal code, then click Check Shipping Rates button. You will have multiple options from UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. The cost is based on weight, distance and requested shipping speed. **If appropriate, and at NO additional cost or extended delivery time, we reserve the right to use a shipping carrier other than the one chosen.**

HelloTraveler.com ships to addresses in the 50 United States and can accomodate international orders for the countries that are shown in the Country dropdown line on the Name & Address page during Checkout. Possible additional charges for International orders: some countries add Customs fees to products shipped from abroad. Every customer needs to aware of any fees their home country may impose. We do not have information about what citizens may owe their home country related to our shipments.

You will receive an email from Stamps.com, the shipping software we use, alerting you that your package has shipped and providing other details.

U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Shipping Details - USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days anywhere in the USA. USPS Parcel Post generally takes 2 to 8 days within the continental USA. The length of time is determined by the distance from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Shipping Details –UPS 2-Day or Overnight orders must be received by 3PM EST in order to go out same day. Below is a UPS map showing how many days a regular Ground or Home Delivery service will take from Zip Code 30319 in Atlanta, GA.

Both shippers use automated address verification systems. We will defer to whatever corrections they provide to an input address.

Taxes – ONLY residents of the State of Georgia are taxed on their purchase. The rate is 7%.

Processing Orders – Usually, for orders received prior to 2PM EST, we ship the same day. Our stated goal is to have orders out the door within 48 hours of receipt. Occasionally, something may arise to prevent that or we might be sold out of an item. If you are in a hurry to receive your products, please indicate “Rush Order” or install a “Need by _____ (install date)” in the Special Instructions box when checking out.

Returns – In the event you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, you may simply return it to the address at the top of the receipt in your package within 25 days from the original shipment date. Please include a copy of the invoice and a description of the reason for the return. A full refund will be provided minus the outbound shipping costs. Please repack carefully to avoid damage in return. The item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged in order to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. EXCEPTION: All Special Orders are non-returnable.
